Fun game!

Hi, I featured your work on my YouTube channel, but I know I don't have any rights or permissions to any of the art or anything.  If you'd like me to take my video down, please let me know.

Awesome zine, very nice!

I really liked playing this.  The physics are just right (assuming you can accept the moving and growing hole premise).  This worked well for me on Windows, and the browser version also worked well on iPad and Android tablet.

Unfortunately it looks like these may have been uploaded by someone other than the real developer.  I actually messaged the dev team at https://support.ragequitgames.com/ and mentioned the Windows versions with only the .exe files.  The response I got said these are not official links.

The animal simulator .apk Android files seem to be the real deal, but maybe unofficially uploaded to Itch.

I didn't actually purchase anything for money.  At first, when I assumed these were uploaded by the real dev, if the PC versions (Cat and Dog) had looked like real playable versions (zip or rar of a believeable number of mb), I very likely would have paid for them.

I enjoyed playing this, thank you. :)  I cut the video short, and didn't unlock the area to the north.  Sorry about the slowdown (on a kind of old Samsung Android tablet).

The foxes seem to stop moving pretty easily.  And nothing ever fell off the ball when I fell in the water.  I am not saying these are bad things ... I think the game is more relaxing just as it is.

I can definitely see the katamari influence, even though the game is very different from most katamari-like stuff.  By the end the game also becomes reminiscent of a game called The Maw.

This game is fun and also funny; I'm glad I got to play it!  And like others have said, thanks for the fact the game saves just before the big decision.

I love it. :)  It's good growing-ball-rolling fun with some pretty impressive graphics.

I am glad to see this game available ... I really thought Pig Simulator was probably gone forever.

All three animal simulators by Swift Apps are a total blast ... very fun and also really good for trying to set and improve high scores.  And they also have a newer Cat Simulator available on iOS and Android stores these days, as far as I know.

I am excited to see your Cat and Dog Simulators on Itch.io.  They are great games, certainly among my favorite animal simulators I have ever played.  I'd sure like to see Pig Simulator too.

But for the Windows versions we will need more than just the .exe file.

Cool!

I think this is a really neat puzzle platformer!  I love the game mechanics, and the characters.

I'm glad to see new levels and new updates!

So now if the ball is moving slowly it is likely to drop less objects if it hits something too big to roll up.  I think that is a very good change, thanks!

I really like this game.  The only thing I can think of that could use work is how the environments look.  When rolling on grass that part looks just fine, but the other environments could use some more color and maybe detail.  Some of the rollable objects are in bright colors and that is a good thing. :)

And of course I'd always be happy to see new levels.  So far the city level that I think was called stage 2 and the new yard level are my favorites.

I really should try How Fish Was Made, then I might understand the dialogue better.  Anyway I think the game is good, got more content than a lot of Itch.io games, is disturbing just like it's supposed to be, and is fun.  Thanks!

I enjoyed playing this game (probably didn't do too well), recorded it, then took a really close look at the characters in the game and saw that it was too suggestive for me to want to publish the video on my YouTube channel, lol.  I like the game.

I'm really enjoying this game.  It's really got the early Dragon Quest feel just right.

This crash seems to be happening whenever an enemy Peryton tries to do something:

I'm glad i found this game!  It's slow-paced and could use more features like others have mentioned (camera control, some way to move faster) but in my opinion this is an awesome katamari-style game, very fun to play!  I've got a feeling I could grow quite large in this game if I really knew what I was doing.

I really like the style of this retro action RPG.  I've finished one floor of the dungeon so far, then I came back and saved.  I haven't beaten any green guys yet ... maybe I need to learn to block better.  Anyway, nice work, this is a fun game. :)

Well ... to me it seems like the ball loses quite a lot of objects when it makes contact with something big.  I mostly noticed in Stage 2, since it seems you have to pick up nearly everything in order to grow big enough to leave the first section of town and gain access to most of the rest of town. (You probably don't need to roll up almost everything but that's how it felt.)  Since the ball loses a lot with contact, it feels like you have to be very careful or else you may never reach 3m or whatever the barrier required.  So in my opinion Stage 2 was a rather hard stage, over a month ago when I played it.

One of the Meter Meyhem areas made my PC slow way down; you can see in my third video.  "Meyhem" may be misspelled but that's okay with me.

Otherwise I think the game's really great so far.  I loved the whole town setting of Stage 2 (I thought it was a great stage even though it's hard), and all the short Meter Meyhem contests are a great idea (and the rollable lobby is an awesome touch).  I am not good at thinking of suggestions but if anything comes to mind I'll be sure to post.

And of course I'll be hoping for even more stages. :)

Wow, this game has grown into a totally awesome katamari fan game while playing solo, and I'm sure it's even much better multiplayer!  Thank you for continuing to develop this!!

This Mario remake is pretty good!  It works and feels quite a bit different from the original, but that is not always a bad thing.  The jumps are quite a bit different, for example.  The 3D Mario model caught me by surprise, lol.

Anyway I enjoyed playing this, and I'll probably play it some more. :)

I would like to try this game but I think I would need more files than just the .exe file.

This is really fun!  It definitely reminds me a bit of Katamari Damacy.

I love it! :D

I really enjoy this inventive combination of katamari and Super Monkey Ball. :)  Sometimes you want to pick up a lot of stuff, and sometimes you want to avoid stuff and stay small and round.

I enjoyed playing through this quite a bit. :)  I think the game plays well for a Mario-like.

The level I had the hardest time with was 3-1; I don't know, maybe another cheese power-up or two would help with the two hammer bro encounters.  And there were a couple points in boss stages where ceiling blocks got in the way of jumps, making for frustration.  And maybe late stages had a bit much emphasis on long jumps that require the run button.  But these were my only sticking points; all in all the game had the right amount of challenge and a lot of fun.

I'm glad I found this game, it's a fun one!  This is a well-made game that plays like a katamari level.  Thank you for letting people play it.

Thank you very much for making this game available to the world; it's a good one!  I sure enjoyed it.

Fun!  It's much better with a controller.

This is really a lot of fun ... I'd love to see an expanded game like this with many more levels. :)

unique!

It's a quick, fun 2-player game with interesting music. :)

Oh ... I just tried Itch.io for the first time within the last week.  I'm a katamari nut so the first thing I tried was a search for 'katamari'.

It's a fun and interesting combination of ball-rolling and shooter.  And it's challenging.

entertaining :)

Short but fun :)

Honestly I find this game far more nifty than horrible. :D  The funniest part was when I realized my HP was waaaay below zero after repeatedly trying to roll up the biggest critter, before I figured out what I still could go and roll up.

This game is short, but funny and enjoyable. :)

This is very cool ... it has three good katamari-style levels, and it keeps score. Somehow the ball moves so fast it seems out of control in stages 2 and 3.  The flower stage doesn't end when you grab the big flower, it just starts making a repeating sound effect (and never seems to end).

The game plays well and is extremely reminiscent of Katamari Damacy, but the real joy is the music. :D
